Fray Geier, #7 of the Red Hand Bounty Hunters

History:
Very rough childhood where living meant taking what you need to survie and killing before you were killed. Her first kill was from self defense at the age of 7.
When she got old enough to leave her old home, she starts killing for profit by becoming a bounty hunter. About 70% of her bounties are brought in dead, 20% are brought in severely wounded, and the remaining 10% are mentally scarred for life. At age 27, her reputation caught the attention of the Red Hand's, Ditrik Cyano. With his help, she was given a new family and home where she had similar intrests. She even developed a severe crush on Ditrik.
Due to her Devil Fruit, she was a bit of an outcast. To try to fit in, she limits the amount of time she uses her power.
At age 29, she saw a girl kiss Ditrik on the cheek. Angry, Fray tracked her down and set out poison all around her house. Ditrik caught wind of this and removed the poison. When he got ahold of Fray, he informed her that the girl was his little sister. As punishment, Ditrik slashed the side of her face with one of his "Adder Fangs". The poison caused severe scarring, which led to Fray wearing a bronze mask. Even after this, she still fights for Ditrik's affections.

Weapons:
She uses twin sai to fit in more. While she is good with daggers, she's better with her DF. Needles....she's not good with long distance aim. But she does use them in close combat as distractions.
